is misused on-line while making your reservation through our secure on-line forms.
The information you enter is encryption before being dispatched securely over the internet.
- All booking and reservation must be paid in advance before the check-in date at lease one month or up to event.

After your booking is confirmed, we will e-mail a Hotel Voucher to you.
The voucher can be presented up on check-in at the hotel. Guest check-in with passport is required
Amendment Policy
Low Season: Amendment need to be made not less than 15 working days* prior to check-in date. We will not responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from us.
High Season: Amendment need to be made not less than 30 working days* prior to check-in date. We will not responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from us.
Cancellation Policy
Certain fees may be payable in respect of transactions entered into using the Service, as notified at the time of the relevant transaction. These fees may include cancellation fees and, where amendment is permitted, amendment fees.
In some cases, Agents may charge cancellation and/or amendment fees in addition
to those imposed by travel service providers. Unless otherwise notified to you at the time of
entry into the relevant transaction, before entering into a transaction, you should carefully
check to see whether any other cancellation or amendment fees apply.
These charges will be deducted from your credit card at the time charges are incurred.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client we feel is not genuine in their desire to transact with
Thailandehotel.com according to our terms and conditions.
Excessive booking requests coupled with the repeated failure to complete
transactions by providing requisite payments will be deemed deliberate time-wasting
and, at our discretion, may result in the refusal to provide service.
For every cancellation received after sending the Hotel Voucher:
THB 450.- will be levied Plus credit card charge fee 5% for credit card payment
For every cancellation received after sending the Hotel Voucher: THB 450.- will be levied no credit card charge fee for Cash payment
Prepaid
All booking must be paid in advance before the check-in date at least one month.
If notification of cancellation is received before 15 days for low season 30 days for high season prior to check-in date. There will be 450.- Baht for cancellation charge and a credit card processing fee of 5% will be levied.
Sample:(Incase of booking more than 1 night stay with failed to cancel or amend)
If you booked for 3 nights but in case of no show you'll be charge = 5% Total price (bank fee) plus 450 Baht Cancellation charge
(Assume 1 night = 1,000.00 total 3,000 ) charge price = (3,000 - 5% + 450) = 600.00 Baht
If notification of cancellation is received less than 15 days for low season 30 days for high season
prior to check-in date. A credit card processing fee of 5% plus one night room charge will be levied.
Sample:(In case of booking more than 1 night stay with failed to cancel or amend)
If you booked for 3 nights but in case of no show you'll be charge = 1 night price + 5% of total payment (bank fee)
(Assume 1 night = 1,000.00)charge price = 1,000 + 5% + 450 ) = 1,600.00 Baht
If you failed to cancel or amend your reservation, and/or do not check-in at a confirmed dated you will be
charged for full price with non refunable.
Non-prepaid
All booking must be guarantee with credit card information. These policies will vary from lodging to lodging, so you must read each one carefully. Certain amount may be deducted from full price otherwise stated or payment can be made directly to the hotel up on check-in or check-out.

Remark:
- Cancellation for peak season is required at least 30 working days (not including Sat., Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in
If you cancel before the deadline, generally you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee. Some reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after booking.
