Day 1 06.00 Pick up from major hotels in Bangkok downtown area.Depart to Kanchanaburi. 09.00 Visit to Thailand–Burma Railway Center an interactive museum, information and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand–Burma Railway. Visit Allied War Cemetery, resting-place for more than 6,000 Allied prisoners of war (POWs). Visit the world famous Bridge over the River Kwai, a part of Death Railway constructed by allied POWs 12.00 Take a long–tailed boat from pier to get to The Float House River Kwai passing by unspoiled mountainous jungle scenery.Check–in on arrival, Lunch will be served. 14.45 Take a long–tailed boat upstream to vistit to the nearby ethnic Mon Tribal Village (Optional tour : Elephant riding through the bamboo forest) 19.00 Dinner,followed by a 45 minutes presentation of Mon Dance and overnight The Float House River Kwai. Day 2 07.00 American Breakfast 08.00 Take an exciting boat ride upstream to visit Saiyoke Yai Waterfall & National Park,experience the nature at its best.Then, for Thai Launch at Resotel. 13.00 Visit to Lawa Cave, explore the fascinating rock formations inside. 19.00 Dinner and overnight at The Float House River Kwai. Day 3 07.00 American Breakfast 08.30 Take an exciting boat ride downstream to Resotel Pier and continue to visit to the Hell Fier Pass Memarial. 11.30 Check-out and depart for lunch at pier. 13.00 Take a historic ride on Death Railway Train through magnificent scenery, passing over original wooden viaduct constructed by Allied POWs. 14.20 Continue by air-conditioned vehicle to Bangkok. 18.00 Arrive Bangkok and transfer to hotels. |
