- Sea view cottage - fan (10 units)

- Garden cottage- fan (4 units)

2. Longhouse Type:

- Garden Room - fan: 4 rooms in a row.

- Family Room - A/C: contains of 2 rooms with connecting door in 1 set. (2 sets)
