There is a common back garden where you have an outside cooking area and a place to hang your washing. The front of the house has a nice decoration lawn and a landscaped garden with the largest swimming pool.

On the second floor, you have a lounge area with a sofa set and cable TV with a balcony overlooking the pool. On the other side is a bedroom with a balcony overlooking an empty plot of land and an en suite bathroom.

The houses are 3 stories high with a living, dining, kitchen, guest toilet and a maid's room with an attached toilet on the ground floor. There is a common back garden where you have an outside Thai cooking area and a place to hang your washing. The front of the house has a beautifully manicured lawn and a landscaped garden with the largest swimming pool in Hua Hin.

On the third floor you have two bedrooms on either side both with en suite bathrooms and with balconies one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the empty plot of land. The bathrooms all have showers with hot water.

The living room has a sofa set with cable TV, telephone and French windows. The dining room has a 6 set dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities like, cooker, large fridge, hot water flask, washing machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils sufficient for 12 people, cabinets and a wash-basin.
