Zeavola Hotel Phi Phi, Phi Phi Island

We spent our last week in this hotel and we truly loved it. Nice, spacious bungalows with open air living area which is on the terrace and very nice air conditioned bedrooms. We did not feel there was no privacy as some other people mentioned.. Our bungalows were surrounded with lush vegetation and we could not see our neighbours nor they could see us. Also, the whole bungalow has electric blinds which give you full privacy! We particularly liked the outdoor shower. I have not used the indoor one even once! Food was delicious, probably the most expensive on the whole island but also of the highest standard.

This hotel is what it says - back to simplicity , if your looking to be waited on hand and foot by the pool and sit in the lovely air con bar then do not go here. Its a different type of hotel. The wooden individual rooms are all spaced out within a maze of trees and sandy walkways and nature ( I wore no shoes for 11 days here even with frogs, ants, lizards creeping around and I am not what you would call a nature person) I personally found Zeavola a wonderful experience and we stayed here for 11 nights and I would have stayed for more. The pool is overlooked by birds and butterflys, palm trees and sunshine.
