KoTao Resort, Koh Tao

Staff was very friendly, though not always as helpful as one might like. For example, they indicate that there is a dive shop on site--in fact, they are getting around to maybe having a dive shop in a few months. And they weren't all too knowledgeable about where to go for diving (they suggested taking a taxi into town for 600 baht, however, a quick 15 minute walk along the beach to the next cove over will net about 4 dive shops who are just fine, so it's pretty easy to get there without dealing with a taxi.)

We went there for diving and relax .. It´s verry good, we had came from PhiPhi island Resort also the best one in PhiPhi Islands. This real luxury rooms, food and spa nice at verry resanable price. There is no real beach in the resort, but you can go to one of the nices beaches in KoTao is in the same bay of the resort by kyak or foot. There is no diving club, but i think there is no problem with that, becouse 10 minutes walking or like us every morning free transfer from resort to the diving club in CHALOK BAAN KAO BAY. where you can have many diving clubs we went to KO Tao Divers and NEW HEAVEN relaxed ones. Important clients of this resort must have strong legs it´s many steeps from water to breakfast.
