Natural Wing Health Spa And Resort, Koh Samui

Well looks can be deceiving, this resort is not popular with Westerners currently. I came from the US and there were only 5 people there from Europe. It is not professional like you would expect a resort to be, but the people are amazingly kind, even though they barely speak English. The advertising does not match the service. There is not a Doctor supervising the program nor any medical people. I thought it was a fasting program but it is not a true fasting program, rather a fruit diet. I lost weight and am happy that I ended up eating less than they wanted me to eat, in order to acheive my weight loss goals. The phones don't work nor do they get any news programs in English on the TV.

I read a few reviews and did not know what to make of the resort. The staff are fabulous I could not pick one out in particular for prase as they were all great. A few spoke very good English so if ever there was a comunication problem they would seek assistance. I stayed 15 days detox lost a few Kilo's and re-charged my batteries. Beautifaul location right next to the beach. Not in a busy town centre so little to no distractions.
