Phra Nang Lanta Hotel, Koh Lanta

We spent 6 nights Phra Nang Lanta and would have loved to stay longer. We had the biggest room there (H5 I think) with a large balcony, monster sized bath tub and so much room, opening straight onto the garden and beach. Of course being low season we got a very good rate so its hard to complain about anything. The room was always immaculately cleaned and the staff friendly. The pool is small but being low season we had the place to ourselves so it didn't matter. Breakfast was made to order every morning and delicious. Kan Tiang beach is gorgeous, although right outside the hotel it is very rocky at low tide. The kids of course loved this and spent many afternoons watching locals at work on the rocks. At high tide its gorgeous and I could have spent all day swimming.

I went there with my husband (and his friend, his sisters and his cousins) for honeymoon..it was a low season but the weather was not so bad. The staffs were very very helpful and friendly (especially the resort manager, he was our driver sometimes :)) once when his sisters got an idea to have lunch nearby the pool, 5mins later the table, chairs and umbrellas were there!! nothing is impossible here. It s also near 7-11 (3 mins by staff bicycle), massage center, bars and restaurant. The well decorated rooms were very clean and lots of space. You will get the best time there i promise. I am going to stay there again when i go to Thailand next time.
