Quite Nice
This is a great place if you don't mind that it is not a beach hotel. The room I got has a beautiful view of the tropical garden and a pond which was very relaxing.
There were ones that have mountain view and swimming pool view too. Food there was pretty good, but I don't recommend ordering the room service because the price was double. I did ordered though, and that's why I got some problem with a waiter. He made a mistake with the order, and he did not solve it for me because he said the kitchen was closed and the account was also closed. So, I had to take that wrong order when I did not want to.
This is a small problem that he could have stated in a better way to make me happy about the service, but he did not. Almost the rest of the staff was very good and quite professional. It seems to me that staff there had different level of experience. They also have a lovely-decorated spa. The surroundings were nice especially the waiting area and the jacuzzi rooms.

Service with a smile, and a saving
Myself anda friend stayed here for a few days in the middle of June at the quietest time for many years in Thailand. We were very impressed from start to finish with the attentiveness from the staff to the quality of accomodation and the food in the restaurant.
Due to the time of year and domestic troubles we recieved a great deal directly through the hotel and was impressed by the inclusive breakfast.
Although the location of the hotel I can see being a hinderence to some travellers, it was ideal for us as very quiet and surrounded by beautiful grounds. As you can you the facilities of the sister 'Dewa' resort, which is newer and quite posh, this really was a fantastic stay. I would highly reccomend this to anyone with transport or just wanting to get away from it all.
