Welcome to Charcoa House Chiangmai, a charming bed and breakfast hotel conveniently located on a quiet lane in the historic old city of Chiang Mai. Once a traditional Lanna (northern Thai) guesthouse and restaurant run by a local family, the
two-story property was completely renovated and modernized in 2008 by the original owner’s son and his wife.
These two talented architects combined eclectic European design touches and natural Lanna materials to create their very special hotel and restaurant. To maximize available space, they added cozy seating areas and soft lighting details to the leafy hotel courtyard and restaurant.
Each of the beautifully maintained 12 rooms offers contemporary comfort and amenities in this unique European/Lanna style. The adjacent Charcoa Bakery and Restaurant is locally renowned for its large menu of delicious international meals, tasty Thai specialties and scrumptious home-made bakery items.
Whether your interests include culture, nature, shopping, dining or just relaxing, Chiang Mai and the Mai and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities.

We have accomplished the ambience of the rooms with stylish furniture and tropical plants and flowers. You will have a choice between Double-, Single- or Twin Rooms.
All rooms have their private bathroom and a small balcony.
