Excellent Hotel surrounded by multiple Shopping Complexes
We stayed in Baiyoke Suite for 3 days. The checkin was very smooth and they give you two smart cards programmed for that duration. Access to the rooms and electricity is all governed by this card. As soon as we entered the room we were quite impressed. It had a small living room and a bedroom with TV and fridge. The room was very clean and moderately maintained. The location of this hotel is simply awesome. The hotel reception is on 5th floor while the below 4 floors are all shopping areas. Next to it is the Prathunam market and a block away is Indra Square. Most of the time we used to shop for an hr go back to the room, dump the stuff and come back again for shopping. So close and convenient was the hotel. The room service was pretty good and the reception was ever helpful.

average hotel
The hotel is flocked by tourist groups. The rooms are good and big, but in need of renovation. The breakfast buffet on the top floor has limited selections.Location is good only if in u are in a mood for some cheap shopping.
